Course Overview

The Professional Certificate is the highest qualification Skin Cancer Symposiums provides and is the most comprehensive Dermatoscopy training in New Zealand. Through the completion of a specific combination of our courses and additional components you will acquire near-expert level knowledge in Dermatoscopy. Presented by world-leading dermatoscopy experts, Professor Cliff Rosendahl (University of Queensland, Australia) and Professor Amanda Oakley (University of Auckland, NZ).

The New Zealand Skin Cancer Doctors Society recognise this qualification for approval to full membership when combined with suitable surgical training. This provides you with all the benefits this organisation includes in its membership. Most major insurers recognise full members as eligible for cover under the specialist aspect of their members’ policies.
